    Privacy Starting Policy

What INNERSTANDIN collects through the research brief and membership interest forms, why it is used, and what this early privacy policy still needs to confirm.

    Status // Working public policy

This page sets a transparent operating foundation. Qualified UK review is still required before commercial activity or scaled health claims begin.

Last reviewed: 18 August 2026 // Qualified review still required

What the research brief form collects

The signup form asks for an email address and an optional first name. It records your consent to receive the weekly INNERSTANDIN research brief, the time consent was given, and the source tag used to understand that the signup came from the research brief form.

Please do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medication details, or other health information. The form is designed not to ask for it.

What the membership interest form collects

The membership interest form asks for an email address and an optional first name for INNERSTANDIN membership development and possible launch updates. It records the exact email consent language, the time consent was given, and the source tag used to understand where the interest came from. Weekly research brief consent is a separate optional choice.

The form does not create a subscription, take payment, grant private access, or open a community. Please do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medication details, test results, or other health information. You can withdraw consent or ask for your details to be corrected or removed by contacting hello@innerstandin.com.

Why we use it and how long we keep it

We use the information to manage the research-brief and membership-interest lists, understand where signups came from, and prepare future email communication. We do not sell the subscriber list. You can withdraw consent or ask for your details to be corrected or removed by contacting hello@innerstandin.com.

Retention periods, data-processing agreements, and the final controller details need qualified UK privacy review before the business scales. This page is a transparent starting point, not solicitor-approved policy wording.

    Page visits and cookies

The site currently records a limited page-visit entry for owner analytics, such as the page path, referrer, and browser user-agent. This helps the owner understand which public pages are being visited. It does not ask for health information.

The installed web app may store its own shell files on your device so it can open like an app. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on these public pages. If that changes, this policy and the consent approach should be updated.

    Contact and your choices

For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, withdrawal, or deletion requests, email hello@innerstandin.com. Please do not send urgent medical information through this address.

This early policy should receive qualified UK GDPR and PECR review before the list, analytics, advertising, affiliate activity, or future network grows.
